This web site is controlled and managed by Creditech S.p.A. which is entitled to Process persnal data through a web server located in Italy.
Creditech S.p.A. ensures the security, confidentiality and control of the Date in its possession in all phases of the personal data Processing.
Site Information
This is a public site that can be directly accessed without any need for validation or selection process.
The site aims to promote the products and services offered by Creditech S.p.A. It also provides press releases and, upon request, makes available information regarding producs and services. Visitors can also register for promotional events, presentations and seminars and can also correspond via email.
The site is also connected to other web sites not directly managed by Creditech S.p.A. However, the content of these sites and their compliance with the regulations regarding the Protection and Confidentiality of Electronic Data is not the responsibility of Creditech S.p.A.

Visitors can visit the Creditech S.p.A. site and access information while maintaining anonymity and without revealing any Personal Data. However, in some cases, the Visitor is requested to provide some Personal Data in order to:

Unless expressly requested or previously stipulated in contractual agreements with Visitors who are Interested Parties, after acquiring the Data, Creditech S.p.A. will neither communicate nor disclose any information regarding personal identity to third parties, regardless of the source. However, in the case of the aforementioned contractual agreements involving activities pertaining to functional and operational requirements, the Data could be transferred and/or communicated even temporarily and confidentially to the other parties contractually designated to carry out specific activities. These exceptional cases will always be communicated in advance by means of the Information process.
The Creditech S.p.A site does not use cookies nor tracks the addresses of Visitors.

Personal Data Protection is based on the adoption of organizational, physical and logistics security measures coordinated by a dedicated internal structure. The Data Processing system has to meet 5 fundamental standards that must be guaranteed: Conduct, Purpose, Quality, Pertinence and Data Recording and, at the Protection level, coverage of risks related to unauthorized Loss, Destruction, Access and Disclosure.

According to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No.196/2003, the Interested Party can request to make available, the source, the purposes and the Personal Data Protection methods, namely, the erasure, modification, updating, integration, blocking or refuse the partial or total Processing of his personal data.
In view of the rapid developments in communication technologies, Creditech S.p.A. will periodically update its Information process. Any changes will be communicated through this site.
